Helen in a nutshell…



Helen has been performing since the tender age of 3, attending drama and dance classes throughout her childhood. At 16 she specialised her training in Theatre Acting and Contemporary Dance. She went on to complete a BA in Theatre Studies with Performing Arts at Middlesex University and eventually an MA in Screen Acting at the Drama Centre London.



As native Brit, America is the 3rd country Helen has lived in outside of the UK. A globe trotter at heart, Helen is passionate about the world and experiencing different cultures, foods and climates. She is fortunate to have lived and worked in both Sydney and Paris, and has explored Russia, South East Asia, Africa, India, China and of course Europe.



Yoga is also an important part of Helen's life, and she went to India to train as an Ashtanga and Hatha teacher.



Originally from Stoke Newington - London, Helen's professional career began in 2008, when she moved to Paris and worked as a dancer at Disney Land, playing Belle and Mary Poppins. On returning to London, she successfully pursued acting in Theatre, Film, Commercials and occasionally Voice Overs.
After treading the boards in London for three years, Helen made Los Angeles her home In September 2012 to further develop her blossoming acting career.
